Flavor: Intense berry. It is widely described as tasting like all-natural strawberry jam with a balanced sweetness. Some growers compare its rich flavor and sweetness to premium varieties like I-258 or Black Madeira.
Texture: Dense, heavy, syrupy, and jammy with a mild and pleasant seed crunch. It often drips with "fig honey" from its eye.
